You can thank the editors of The Weekly Journal for coining the name Jungle Juice in 1909. The general disclaimer was that you should "Hold on to your hat!" Originally a homemade hooch was improvised by the fruits you had on hand. Ours is made with fermented apple juice from Hood River, Oregon including plum, tangerine, pineapple and passion fruit. Yeah, you should hold on to it! This is a bit of the wild taste of fruit flavor.
