Wildcraft Run of the Mill generates a simple, delightful experience with each sip. Wildcraft Run of the Mill fosters the method of utilized blending called “The solera method” which ages liquids year over year. Wildcraft Run of the Mill Each years harvest is fermented and barrel aged in American oak barrels for 9 months before being added to the previous years blend. This cider contains the aged fermentation’s of 3 consecutive harvest seasons.
